Be Interested

One morning when I woke up, the first thought that I had was, "This is a day to live, if you are interested."

I thought of how every single day is a lifetime in miniature.  For many years I’ve had a practice of saying, "This is a brand new baby day...This is a day that has never been lived and a day that will never be lived again. It's my day."  But this one morning, I was invited to consider that this is really not only a brand new baby day, it is a day to fully live if I am interested.

Wherever you are in your day when you read this message, this is your day.  It is a day to really live, if you are interested.
