The Powerful Possibilities of Self-Seeing

One sure measure of spiritual growth is found in our developing awareness that each and every present moment of our lives is a special kind of spiritual looking glass. Within its reflection, for those with "eyes to see," are two quite definite and life-altering perceptions.
First, we may see that each unfolding moment of our life -- every experience we have -- reveals and yields the fruits of our past actions, what we "reap" from life. Secondly, these same revealing experiences of self also serve as the seeds of our experiences to come -- all of which depend upon how we use these seeds. In this fashion it can be said that every life moment is a mirror in which we may gaze upon what we have been and what we may become, and witness both in the same instant.
Imagine the powerful, positive potential such a state of self-seeing makes possible for anyone willing to develop such an inner vision. Without stretching thought too much, we can see the possibility of instant self-correction as well as perfect self-direction. Taken even at its simplest level, just being able to perceive and then drop one troubled moment, to detect and reject one punishing thought or feeling, would be the same as ensuring us happier, less troublesome moments to come

Keep on weaving, keep on believing, until your dreams, come into being.”

Your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, attitudes, choices, desire, imagination and expectations, are all creating your experience in every moment.
Some of these are more conscious, but there are also subconscious dynamics at play, and roots, patterns, and beliefs formed in childhood years that are still impacting the filter through which you perceive and manifest your reality.
It’s not a question of whether you can manifest, it’s a question of how you already are – the inner landscape that is currently shaping your outer-world experience.
Becoming more intimate with yourself – with what’s going on inside, getting in touch with your heart’s deepest wishes and desires, embracing more of your true wondrous loving nature, and letting go of what does not serve you, will all help to unfurl dreams-come-true.
Make happiness a priority!
The bottom line is, the better you feel about yourself, life and others, (states that naturally arise from positive beliefs), the more effortlessly you allow and attract positive experiences into your life.
Love, happiness and joy are the underlying motivators of the human heart, and what we are ultimately seeking, and often the hidden goal behind other goals.
They are also major manifestation juices that in and of themselves, fuel bright outcomes.
The means to getting there are the qualities of being there.” ~Lazaris
And of course, they make the journey TO any destination so rich, meaningful and worthwhile.
If you don’t enjoy the journey, chances are you won’t enjoy the destination, start having fun now!”
Achievements, culminations, triumphs, and successes, and the celebrations of those, are all wonderful things, yet it’s the journey to those that constitutes your very life!
Love, acceptance, compassion, and forgiveness are all major allies on this journey, and engaging the grace of co-creation can make that journey even more blessed, love-filled and magical.
So, what else can we do to aid manifesting our reality in co-creation with the universe?
I share in my article below (see also my previous “The Grace of Co-Creation” article at this link):
5 Keys to Catalyse Co-Creation
1. Create The Space
For your dream to ‘land’ in your reality you need to create the space and be ready for it. What needs to be done on a practical, emotional and mental level for you to be ready for this reality?
What YOU would you need to be to live the life of your dreams? What level of self-love and self-value would that you have? What new thoughts, feelings, and beliefs? What types of resources, contacts and skills?
Get prepared by stepping into that bright future and thinking, feeling and acting from its perspectives, allowing yourself to be transformed through that, and taking the necessary steps towards your goal.
Another way to create space in your life for your dreams to land is to clear out the clutter. This can be done on physical and practical levels, of course, such as clearing out your cupboards, throwing out or giving away old clothes and belongings, organising your papers and filing, etc., but it can also be done on emotional and mental levels.
What fear, resentment, belief, past hurt, anger, loss or guilt are you holding on to that is constricting your energy, keeping you in the past, or standing in the way of greater happiness and success in your life?
Holding on, to positive and negative things, people, experiences or expectations, etc., can block new things from showing up in your life.
Have a release ritual. Write down what you want to let go of – beliefs, patterns, hurts, stories, agendas, etc., and burn the paper.
As you let go of what you’re not, you become who you might be.”
Nature abhors a vacuum. When you let go you create the space for something new to arrive, something more serving and aligned to where you are now in your life.
2. Listen To Your Intuition
Your intuition relays your heart’s wisdom and is also a gateway through which you can receive spiritual guidance beyond the limited perspectives of your conditioned mind and personality self.
Just by acknowledging that you have an intuitive side, however out of touch with it you may be, will allow it to start to open and blossom.
Your intuition is an invaluable guide on your journey to dreams-come-true. It helps you make optimum choices, and also receive the visions and dreams of your Higher Self, and wisdom and insights that can guide and assist you on your path.
Your intuition may speak to you in any number of ways. It might be a quiet voice in your mind, a hunch, a vision or inspiration, a sense of ‘just knowing’, or it may speak to you through the way your body or personal energy feels and responds to thoughts, people and situations.
Meditation can help you listen to and access it more. You can ask your Higher Self or spiritual allies for guidance in meditation and be open to any thoughts, feelings, words, pictures, or experiences that come, flexing your intuitive senses through practice.
3. Hold Positive Beliefs
To successfully attract your desires it is important that your beliefs support them. If, for example, you want a happy loving relationship but hold negative beliefs about love (“Love hurts”), the gender you want a relationship with (“Men are cold and uncaring”, “Women are untrustworthy”), or yourself, (“I’m not good enough”), you’ll create counter results.
Beliefs are formed during childhood and at other key times in your life. They can be shaped and influenced by family, peers, society and media, and a great many you may not even be conscious of.
The beliefs in your subconscious mind show up in the experiences and situations you attract in your life.
There are many techniques available nowadays for changing beliefs, everything from Psych-K, the Belief Buster Kit, Theta healing, EFT, hypnosis, meditation, and others, and never underestimate the power of choice itself.
Beliefs are not the truth, just an accepted perception of such. What’s great about beliefs is that you can change them and choose those that suit you and support your visions and dreams.
4. Know You Deserve
Another key ingredient to attracting and allowing in the realities you desire, and greater love, happiness and success in general, is knowing you deserve.
You deserve whether you believe it or not, so you may as well believe it! And if you don’t believe it, it simply means you do not yet know your value and worth, and the wonders of your true being.
Feeling undeserving blocks receiving and the manifestation of successes, or can sabotage success when it arrives. Your sense of deserving can be tampered by guilt, shame, self-judgment and negative self-concepts.
Self-love and self-forgiveness will always help to increase your sense of deserving. You deserve totally and utterly just by being alive. When you recognize and awaken to your inherent innocence and worth and the true nature of your being, issues of deserving are resolved.
5. Take Action
Dreaming is a wonderful thing, but without action those dreams have no potential to dawn.
Don’t wait for change to happen. Choose. Initiate. Begin!”- Aine Belton
When you visualize your desires, ask the universe for what you want, set goals, make choices, and hold positive thoughts and feelings, you initiate the law of attraction and get the manifestation ball rolling.
When this happens, opportunities will come, so it’s important to make yourself available to them, recognize them when they arise, and act on them.
Every experience, every event, every connection can have meaning and significance and serve as a stepping stone to take you to your goals. The universe will orchestrate all elements of your life towards the symphony of your success if you are open and allow.
Making yourself available for opportunity can mean stepping outside your current comfort zone, communicating and sharing yourself, inquiring, asking for help, sowing seeds, getting out there, looking for resources and being proactive towards your goals. The more rods you place into the stream of life, the more fish can come your way.
Being open to and acting on the opportunities is to essentially ‘receive’ the assistance the universe is offering – the very resources that will bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. This is an important step in the co-creative process, and enables you to take leaps and bounds towards your success, or rather, for your success to take leaps and bounds towards you!
When it comes to acting on opportunity, use discernment and listen to your feelings and intuition and the internal dial of your senses. I’ve found that unless something feels distinctly ‘off’ it has always served as an opportunity. Sometimes that opportunity didn’t reveal itself until weeks, months or even years later. There can be a gift in every circumstance you experience.  What’s more, each opportunity can lead to a myriad of other opportunities and be a well-spring of further resources.

Weed Out the Negative Thoughts...

Mr Karim  Hajee says :-
They keep coming back.
I thought I could get rid of all of them.
They even gave me a formula to get rid of them, but still some of them keep coming back.
They're not overwhelming but I just have to remember to do my part to control them
and get rid of the ones that may get out of control or spread.
You see if I don't pay attention to them, they grow and spread and before you know
it they take over everything.
All that is good can easily get destroyed - if I don't pay attention.
And I have to admit, recently I haven't been able to pay as much attention as I
would like so they started spreading.
So I got out that old formula and applied it.
It works all the time.
And by next week most of them will be gone.
Sure some others will come back - but I plan on paying attention, and getting rid of
them as quickly as I can.
Negative thoughts work the same way as the weeds in my backyard.
You see all summer I do everything I can to keep the weeds at bay - but some of them
keep coming back. Even now, as we brace for winter, new weeds show up and will
quickly spread.
Over the last few weeks I haven't been able to pay as much attention to them and
came up with all kinds of excuses to avoid doing the little things I needed to do to
get rid of them.
Your mind works the same way.
Your negative thoughts are just like weeds.
If you don't control the, if you don't keep them out, if you don't use the right
formula to get rid of them (just like I have to with my weeds) they'll spread and
destroy your life.
When you get rid of negative thinking you attract and create positive situations
into your life.
You quickly put an end to self doubt, worry, fear, anxiety, and failure. You
increase your confidence, you take the right actions, you make the right choices,
you meet the right people and you succeed.
You're also a lot happier because you're no longer beating yourself up with all
those negative thoughts.
With negative thinking out of your head, you believe in yourself and when you
believe in yourself you go from failure to success.
It all happens very smoothly and it only happens because your subconscious mind
begins to respond to the new beliefs.
All those negative thoughts are driving your subconscious mind to create negative
situations like failure, and worry. And because those negative thoughts lead to
negative and limiting beliefs you make the wrong choices and do the wrong things -
so you end up with more and more failure.
So get rid of those negative thoughts today.
Enjoy more success. Put an end to worry, get rid of fear, enjoy more confidence,
believe in yourself.
Fill your mind with positive thoughts that bring more success and joy. Take control
of your thoughts and direct your subconscious mind to create more of what you want. Start today.

Those pesky weeds will always show up in my backyard.
And those negative thoughts will always come up from time to time. You won't be
able to get rid of all of them.
But you can get rid of the big ones, those negative thoughts that say you can't do
something or that you'll never succeed or that you're no good. Those are the
negative thoughts that need to be removed as soon as possible.
You see the big negative thoughts, the negative thoughts that dominate your mind
everyday are tied to negative beliefs.
It's those beliefs that create the struggle and misery in your life.
Get rid of the thoughts tied to them, you get rid of the beliefs and you get rid of the
struggle and misery.
Your subconscious mind is always at work and always responding to your thoughts and  beliefs.
It goes out and creates your life based on those thoughts and beliefs. If you want
success you need to have thoughts and beliefs about success. If you want wealth,
then you need to have thoughts and beliefs that say you can have wealth.
So take a look at what you want in life.
Now check to see if you have thoughts and beliefs that allow you to succeed and have
what you want.
If you don't you need to change your thoughts.
You need to get rid of the negative thoughts and have new thoughts and beliefs that allow you to succeed.
The sooner you do this the better.
When you get control of them, you have to keep paying attention because if you stop
or if you come up with excuses those little negative thoughts will grow and
spread. Just like the weeds in a garden.
As you continually remove, change and replace the negative thoughts it becomes a
habit and once you form that habit you have greater and greater success. It's a snowball effect.
Once it starts it just gets better and better.
So start right now. Get rid of those negative thoughts. Replace them and control
them. Form the habit for success today

Your angel

A baby asked God, "They tell me you are sending me to earth tomorrow, but how am I going to live there being so small 'n helpless?"

"Your angel will be waiting for you 'n will take care of you."

The child further inquired, "But tell me, here in heaven I don't have to do anything but sing 'n smile to be happy."

God said, "Your angel will sing for you 'n will also smile for you. 'n you will feel your angel's love 'n be very happy."

Again the child asked, "'n how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me if I don't know the language?"

God said, "Your angel will tell you the most beautiful 'n sweet words you will ever hear,'n with much patience 'n care, your angel will teach you how to speak."

"'n what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?"

God said, "Your angel will place your hands together 'n will teach you how to pray."

"Who will protect me?"

God said, "Your angel will defend you even if it means risking it's life."

"But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore."

God said, "Your angel will always talk to you about Me 'n will teach you the way to come back to Me, even though I will always be next to you."

At that moment there was much peace in Heaven, but voices from Earth could be heard 'n the child hurriedly asked, "God, if I am to leave now, please tell me my angel's name."

"You will simply call her, 'Mom.'"

Don’t Give Away Your Keys!

Speaking your truth is one of the most important keys to getting the life you want and the happiness you deserve. When I talk about speaking your truth, though, I’m talking about setting boundaries and sticking to them. I’m not talking about spewing whatever comes to mind whenever you feel like it, and to whomever you want to in order to get your point across!
So what’s the difference, you may ask? Speaking your truth doesn’t have an attachment to outcome! We don’t speak our truth in order to manipulate, persuade or force someone to do things our way, see things the way we want them to, or even agree with us. To speak your truth means to stand in your own power and to not allow anyone to take your power away. It has nothing to do with aggression, manipulation or being stubborn, selfish and mean-spirited.
Having an attachment to someone else’s reaction turns your “truth speaking” into an act of trying to get things your way and moves the focus away from you, i.e. holding someone else responsible. To be honest does not mean we have to be mean, a bully, manipulative or unkind, because in a way, we couldn’t care less what the other “feels” about it. It means that you have stated what is and what is not acceptable to your well-being and your own self and that should never be reliant on an outside source.
People are whatever they are and choose to be. Confronting those who have wronged you, or are still wronging you, won’t create peace of mind. The reason is that most people are absolutely unwilling to change or even see their part in an argument, problem or issue. But when we set our boundaries and claim our power, it doesn’t matter if a person changes their mind or point of view, because their action or reaction does not influence our happiness or our peace.
I used to have this very wrong. My idea of always being honest backfired big time, each and every time I would confront a person with their (in my mind) bad attitudes or unacceptable behaviors. I figured, if I speak clearly they’d get it. But they never did and the struggle, fights or arguments would continue. The more someone would misunderstand or misinterpret me, the more I would attempt to “set them straight.” Needless to say, this almost always failed completely. In the past, my “honesty” made quite a few enemies and the feeling of being seen completely distorted, or having been treated unfairly, weighed on me heavily.
To be honest, it’s hard for me to understand that not everyone likes or will like me. There are a lot of people who claim that they don’t care how others perceive them, but to me, and I would argue to most, it does matter. It matters because I’m actively attempting to make a difference in the world and I am actively attempting to be my higher self; and for all of us who take on these roles, we have to be mindful of our choices, words, actions, thoughts and emotions. We do not get to spew bad energy, we don’t get to be passive aggressive and we don’t get to manipulate others and be victims.
Making this decision makes it even more important to fully accept and love yourself. Accepting who you are and stopping to make excuses for it will allow you to keep your power and your peace of mind; as a permanent state of being. When you state and live your boundaries consistently, you will find no need to manipulate anymore. It doesn’t matter if someone agrees or doesn’t agree, because at the end of the day, it isn’t up to others to validate who you are! This power is given to you alone, my friend.
Living your life with honor, integrity, courage and kindness will, in return, attract those who do not require explanations. You will find yourself surrounded more by those who won’t continuously challenge, misinterpret or suck the life out of you and less by those who do not live by the same principles. The universe has a way of weeding out those who no longer belong or serve your growth anymore. So when you “lose” someone to your newly found ability to live in power, let it go and trust that another who has no problem with it will emerge. There is no empty space in the universe. Alas, getting rid of space occupied by those who do not deserve it, will allow a spot for those who do

How to Practice Non-Attachment

How can you apply non-attachment practically? Here is a list of 7 ways for your consideration…
1. Focus on the Present. When you are attached to your desire, your mind is in the future. You are worried that whatever you wish for will not come true. However, when you direct your focus to the present, your mind becomes occupied with what can be done right this moment.
2. Give Up The Hows. While you stay focused on the picture of your dream, there is no need to fret over how it is going to happen. Point B, your desired goal, can seem far away from Point A, where you are currently. However, be aware that there can be infinite possibilities between the two points. By not being rigid and staying flexible, you become alert to opportunities that will bring you from point A to B.
3. Refrain From Obsessing Over Numbers. An obsession over numbers can cause you to become attached. If you operate a website, you may just know what I mean. By checking your online traffic or newsletter subscribers repeatedly, you may just find yourself getting hot and bothered from not hitting your targets. Hence, stop being so obsessed over numbers. Refrain from checking your statistics excessively.
4. Adopt The Attitude of Learning. View the manifesting journey as a learning experience. Every challenge that happens is an opportunity for you to learn about getting things in the direction of your desire. Adopting a positive attitude, you are joyful every step of the way. Thus, your happiness is not contingent upon having “arrived” at the destination.
5. Be Okay With Uncertainty. By being attached, you become unwilling to wait for clarity to emerge and events to unfold naturally. Thus, you run the risk of forcing solutions or making a decision prematurely. Non-attachment, on the other hand, accelerates the manifesting process in your favor. Learning to live in uncertainty, you are in a state of awareness. Life becomes exciting in its mystery, possibility and adventure.
6. Practice the Art of Allowing. The Art of Allowing is about allowing people, things and events as they are – without wanting to fix, change or judge anything. It is about using your emotions as a guide towards feeling better and better. Ironically, allowing offers space for transformation to occur. It is when successful manifestations take place.
7. Use Energy Release Methods. Energy releasing methods such as Emotional Freedom Technique and The Sedona Method are excellent in helping with issues of attachment.

What Matters To You

If someone asked you today, “What is your purpose, what is your vision and what are you goals?” --Would you be able to answer those questions?

Most of us spend more time planning what to eat for dinner than we spend time planning for our life.  If we don’t have a vision, then we will create the life we have always known.  If our vision isn’t anchored in our purpose then we go off track.

Our goals are the means by which we reach our vision that is driven by a purpose.  You could simply say it like this:  The vision represents what you want to create with your life.  The goal represents the various aspects of how you are doing it, and the purpose explains why.

Perhaps you might sit down today for just a few minutes and ask yourself, “What really matters to me?  What’s my purpose?  What’s the vision?  What would I create with my life a year from now if it’s grounded and driven by my purpose and then what steps might I take?”

Here's To What Matters To You,
