Are You Mentally Fit!!!

You can enjoy greater success and happiness in every 
area of your life when your mind and subconscious mind are mentally fit. 
So how do you get your mind and subconscious mind in shape? 
We always hear how important it is to be in great 
physical shape. 

But it's just as important (if not more important), to keep 
your mind in shape, so that you're mentally fit. 

If you're mind isn't in shape, your life is likely going to be completely out of whack. 
Keeping your mind in shape means having a positive attitude, 
creating positive thoughts, focusing on solutions, 
keeping an open mind and directing your mind and 
subconscious mind to help you achieve your goals. 

Those of you who workout regularly know that if 
you were to stop exercising or cut down on 
exercising you won't feel as good. 
Your body will end up being out of shape and 
you'll lose the energy level that you currently have. 

If your mind is out of shape you won't have the drive, 
the motivation, the belief in yourself to 
achieve your goals and live your dreams. 

When your mind is mentally fit, nothing can stop you. 
With a mind that is focused, and with a positive belief 
system in place you will improve the quality of your 
life and achieve your goals. 

Having a mentally fit mind is like having the body of 
Mister or Miss Universe, you're at the peak of your 
ability and will enjoy success everyday.


Trim the Fat, Cut Out The Junk! 
Just like you want to eliminate the fat from your 
body and replace it with muscle, 
just like you would want to lose the excess weight 
by eating better and eliminating junk food, 
you have to eliminate the junk that's in your head. 

The junk or negative thoughts and limiting beliefs 
have to be eliminated and replaced with positive and 
empowering thoughts. 
Negative and limiting beliefs have to be 
replaced with positive and empowering beliefs. 

We all will have some fat on our body, and 
we all have some junk in our head. 

If you have too much junk in your head it 
can really slow you down, and prevent you from 
taking the action you need to take in order to 
achieve your goals and live the life that you want. 

To start eliminating the junk in your head 
pay attention to what you regularly think about. 

The next time you're driving, walking or taking a shower 
catch yourself thinking. 

Pay attention to what you were just thinking about 
and make a note of your thoughts. 
Write them down if you like. 
Then take a look at them, and ask yourself: 
Are these thoughts helpful? 
Do they empower me? 
Do they make me feel better? 
Do they help me accomplish my goals? 

If you're answer is no to any of the questions then 
these thoughts are really just junk in your head.  
Just like the fat on your body they serve no purpose 
and just slow you down. 

You should get rid of the junk in your head and 
change these useless thoughts by having thoughts 
that are empowering and allow you to achieve 
your goals and create the life that you want. 

For example: if you find that you're thinking about 
why something went wrong, or why you can't do something, 
or what you should have done, or what a friend said 
three weeks ago chances are these thoughts are not helping you. 
They're not empowering you to achieve your goals. 
So change them. 
Focus on what you want to achieve and create thoughts 
that allow you to reach your goals. 

If you want to improve a relationship with a 
friend think about how you can improve that relationship. 
If you want to help a relative think of how you can help a relative. 
If you want to get a new job or make more money, 
then think about how you can get a job or make money.
Think of thoughts that help you achieve what you want 
and this means asking how to do something rather 
than stating that you can't. 

When you carry junk in your head you cripple your mind, 
it can't work on what you want because you're not giving 
it the chance to help you achieve your goals. 
Instead you're feeding it junk and sending it in 
the wrong direction. 
Give your mind and subconscious mind the instructions t
hey need by having positive and empowering thoughts. 

When you have junk in your head you also cripple 
your subconscious mind because you don't direct 
your subconscious mind, instead you confuse your subconscious 
by feeding it junk and not telling it to work 
on what you want to achieve. 

Start paying attention to what you are thinking.
Eliminate the junk in your head and create thoughts 
that help you achieve your goals. 
You'll then be instructing your mind and subconscious mind 
to help you create the life you want. 
You'll start making the right decisions and you'll 
begin enjoying success while creating a 
positive belief system.




Once your subconscious mind picks up on your new 
positive belief system, you'll see your entire life change. 
Don't waste another minute keeping negative thoughts.
They don't help you. 
They don't serve you. 

Eliminate the negative and useless thoughts. 
Begin empowering yourself.
Start believing in yourself ...
